1971 Ford Maverick - mean_maverick

Built on a budget with the help of my family and brother mostly, this car has come a long way. It was purchased out of Memphis, TN. where it spent all of it's life. When aquired, the 302 had gone bad and was replaced with a '91 5.0 HO engine. A few modifications had to be made in order to fit the engine into the vintage car, like a front sump conversion, early model accessories, special 50 oz. imbalance flywheel for use with the C4 auto transmission and a few other things.

Car was repainted the original colors and color scheme, which is Grabber Blue with a Wimbledon White top. My car isnt perfect but I dont build perfect cars, I build them to drive and enjoy the way that I want to.
